Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and usually arrive 8–12 business days after shipping. You'll get tracking once it ships.
Protective packing — The stones are packed separately, each checked before dispatch, then cushioned and secured so nothing shifts or knocks in transit. If it arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days and we'll take care of it.
We want every piece to settle naturally into your space. If it isn't right, request a return within 30 days of delivery — unused and in its original condition.
